McK Moving – Employment Application Terms, Conditions & Applicant AcknowledgmentPlease read the following statements carefully before submitting your application. By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting this application, you agree to all terms outlined below.1. Certification of Truthfulness and AccuracyI certify that all statements and information provided in this employment application, my resume, and any supporting documentation are true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statements, misrepresentations, or omissions of material facts may result in the immediate rejection of my application or, if employed by McK Moving, immediate termination of employment, regardless of when discovered. 2. At-Will Employment Disclaimer (State of Missouri)I understand and agree that if hired, my employment with McK Moving is at-will under the laws of the State of Missouri. This means that either McK Moving or I may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. I understand that no supervisor, manager, or representative of McK Moving has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified period or to alter the at-will relationship unless executed in writing by an authorized officer of the company. 3. Authorization for Release of Information & Background VerificationI authorize McK Moving, its representatives, and its designated screening agents to verify all information provided in this application. I authorize previous employers, educational institutions, personal references, and law enforcement agencies to release information regarding my employment history, character, qualifications, and conduct. I release McK Moving and all parties providing such information from any liability or damages resulting from the lawful gathering and release of this information. (Any consumer report or criminal background check will comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act [FCRA] and require a separate written authorization.) 4. Drug & Alcohol Testing ConsentI understand that McK Moving maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace to ensure team and customer safety. As a condition of employment and continued employment, I consent to submit to pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug and alcohol screenings as permitted by Missouri and federal law. I understand that refusal to test or a confirmed positive result may disqualify me from employment or result in termination.5. Physical Requirements & Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)I acknowledge that moving positions involve physically demanding labor, including heavy lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading furniture and equipment under various weather and site conditions. I certify that I am physically capable of performing the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. If applying for a driver position, I consent to McK Moving reviewing my Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and confirm I possess a valid driver’s license.6.
